These Terms of Service apply when you access the Bugs Bunny Cooks website or purchase our digital products. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Screen colours, page previews and displayed images may vary slightly depending on the customer’s device.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact and payment information. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors or violations of these terms.
If an order is cancelled after payment but before digital delivery, the appropriate payment amount will be returned where applicable.
PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Purchasing an e-book grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the file for personal purposes.
You may not copy, share, upload, publish, distribute, modify for resale, sublicense or sell the e-book or any substantial part of its contents.
REFUNDS
Digital purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. All sales are generally final after successful digital delivery, except where a remedy is required by applicable law or where we confirm a qualifying technical problem.
RECIPES AND RESULTS
Recipes are provided for general informational and educational purposes. Cooking times, results, serving sizes and ingredient requirements may vary depending on equipment, ingredients, substitutions and individual skill.
Customers are responsible for following proper kitchen hygiene, food-storage procedures, appliance instructions and safe internal cooking temperatures.
ALLERGIES AND DIETARY NEEDS
Customers are responsible for reviewing every ingredient and product label before preparing or consuming a recipe. We do not guarantee that any recipe is free from allergens or suitable for a particular medical or dietary requirement.
WEBSITE USE
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape content without permission or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, delivery applications and other third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of those services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bugs Bunny Cooks will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website, recipes or digital products.
